Enjoy Hatozaki neat, on the rocks or as a delicious highball. The Omakase and Umeshu variants also pair perfectly with spicy dishes, whilst the Pure Malt and Triple Cask offer a complex and indulgent experience.

• Nose & Palate: Malty aromas with hints of grain, citrus, white pepper and floral notes.
• Texture: Medium-bodied to creamy, smooth and silky.
• Finish: Spicy, slightly smoky, with Mizunara oak tannins and dry minerality.

Under the guidance of Master Blender Kimio Yonezawa, complex whiskies are created through a two-stage blending process. They are matured in bourbon, sherry and Mizunara oak casks – often fitted with cherry wood heads – to achieve depth and balance.

The brand is produced in Akashi, not far from Hatozaki Lighthouse. The water is crystal-clear, the grain is carefully selected, and the blends combine Japanese and Scottish distillery components.

• Hatozaki Finest Japanese Blended Whisky 40% ABV 0.7l: Matured for up to 12 years, with notes of malt, citrus and a hint of smokiness – light, elegant, yet intensely aromatic.
• Pure Malt Small Batch (46% ABV): 100% malt, 5–6 years, matured in bourbon, sherry and Mizunara casks – with fruit, honey, smoke and Mizunara tannins.
• Omakase Rye (42% ABV): Japanese rye blend with new oak and a Mizunara finish – dry, spicy, with cereal and oak notes.
• Hatozaki 12 Years Old SMALL BATCH Umeshu Cask Finish 46% ABV 0.7l in gift box: 12 years in American oak, 6 months in umeshu casks – with yellow plum, honey, pear and malt.
• Triple Cask Reserve Pure Malt: Blended malt with a bourbon, sherry and Mizunara/Miyazaki oak finish – complex, rounded and multi-layered.
