Jim Beam Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Jim Beam White Label
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange zest for garnish

Method: Place the sugar cube and Angostura bitters in a glass and crush with a muddler. Add the Jim Beam White Label and ice cubes. Stir and garnish with an orange zest.

Jim Beam Black Manhattan

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Jim Beam Black
• 25 ml red vermouth
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Cocktail cherry for garnish

Method: Pour the Jim Beam Black, vermouth and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Jim Beam Rye Sazerac

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Jim Beam Rye
• 1 sugar cube
• 2–3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
• Absinthe to rinse the glass
• Ice cubes
• Lemon zest for garnish

Method: Rinse a glass with absinthe and pour away the excess. Place the sugar cube and Peychaud’s Bitters in another glass and crush. Add the Jim Beam Rye and ice cubes and stir. Strain into the glass rinsed with absinthe and garnish with a twist of lemon.
