On its own or as a classic gin and tonic with tonic water and a twist of lemon. The Darjeeling version is perfect for elegant cocktails such as a Gin Fizz or a Dry Martini.

• Nose & Palate: Tangy, lemony juniper paired with chamomile, black tea and spicy tulsi.
• Texture: Silky, balanced and rounded – typical of copper pot still distillation.
• Finish: Fresh, dry and delicately spicy – with a lingering tea and herbal aftertaste.

Copper pot stills reveal the purity and clarity of the distillation process. Distilled five times (India Dry) or with Darjeeling tea (Darjeeling Gin), with no artificial additives – the result is a smooth, aromatic gin with balance and depth.

Produced at the foot of the Himalayas in Uttarakhand – formerly in Goa – Jin Jiji uses local botanicals suitable for Ayurvedic use, as well as wild Himalayan juniper berries.
