The rums from Maison La Mauny have won numerous international awards and are regarded as the benchmark for agricultural rum from Martinique.

Maison La Mauny’s bottles are characterised by a classic design that reflects the brand’s long history and tradition. The label often features the year of foundation, 1749, and highlights the brand’s origins in Martinique.

Maison La Mauny uses only fresh sugarcane juice, which is processed within 24 hours of harvesting. Fermentation takes place in open tanks, followed by distillation in traditional column stills. The rum is then aged in oak barrels to develop complex flavours.

Maison La Mauny is committed to sustainable production. The distillery uses bagasse, the residue from sugar cane, as an energy source and supports local sugar cane farmers through fair partnerships.

The distillery is located in the south of Martinique, in the municipality of Rivière-Pilote. The region’s tropical climate and volcanic soils provide ideal conditions for growing sugar cane, which forms the basis for Rhum Agricole.
