Collection: Ojo de Tigre Mezcal

Serve neat at room temperature or chilled – a great introduction to the world of mezcal. It also makes a versatile cocktail ingredient, for example in a Mezcal Sour or mixed with grapefruit.

• Nose: Fresh citrus and apple notes, combined with a hint of woody smoke and the sweetness of agave.
• Palate: Full-bodied and round, with flavours of caramelised agave, green pear and subtle cocoa smoke.
• Finish: Smooth, slightly sweet with a herbal, smoky minerality.

The agaves are roasted over wood in stone ovens, fermented naturally and distilled in copper alambic stills. The combination of two varieties of agave results in a harmonious, well-balanced mezcal with a mild smoky character.

Produced in Oaxaca and Puebla, Ojo de Tigre reflects the terroir of these two regions. The focus is on sustainability and artisanal craftsmanship, from the vineyard to the bottle.

Ojo de Tigre is traditionally sold as ‘Joven’ (‘young’) in its clear form – pure and natural, without oak ageing or additives.
