Classic bottles featuring a red and gold label and a stylised portrait design reflect tradition and continuity. Premium editions such as Asinone come in elegant gift packaging.

Poliziano maintains dense vine stocks, uses visual grape selection and has been certified organic since 2021. Some of the electricity comes from its own solar power system.

The core of the blend is Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese), complemented by Merlot, Canaiolo and Colorino. The aim is a dry, elegant style with distinct fruit notes, precise minerality and a fine tannin structure – perfect for food pairing.

The winery is situated south of the historic old town of Montepulciano and cultivates vineyards in the Vino Nobile DOCG, Rosso di Montepulciano DOC and Cortona DOC regions, as well as in the coastal Maremma. The estate has been certified organic since 2021.

• Rosso di Montepulciano DOC: Young, fruity, easy-drinking style – made from 80% Sangiovese with a touch of Merlot.
• Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG: The estate’s flagship wine, made from 85% Prugnolo Gentile and aged in French oak – elegant, finely structured.
• Asinone (Cru): 100% Sangiovese from the finest ‘Asinone’ cru – only approx. 25,000 bottles, aged for 16–18 months, complex and long-lived.
• Le Caggiole: Vintage cuvée from a historic plot, an expression of elegance and precision.
