For KARTOFF Vodka & Gin, the potatoes are carefully selected, fermented and distilled several times. The gin derives its balanced flavour profile from the addition of botanicals such as coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, aniseed and ginger. Distillation takes place slowly in several columns to ensure a delicate aroma.

KARTOFF places great importance on regional ingredients and sustainable production methods. Its close collaboration with local farmers and the use of Hermes potatoes support regional agriculture and ensure the highest quality.

Production takes place in Deutsch-Wagram, Lower Austria, under the management of Horvath’s Spezereyen. The use of regional Hermes potatoes and the combination of traditional craftsmanship with modern technology are at the heart of the production process.

• Kartoff Triple Distilled Vodka 40% ABV 0.7l: Triple-distilled vodka with a mild flavour and a hint of sweetness.
• Kartoff Triple Distilled Dry Gin 43.5% ABV 0.7l: Potato-based gin with a balanced herbal note and delicate aroma.
• Kartoff Triple Distilled Hazelnut Vodka 38% ABV 0.7l: Vodka with a natural hazelnut flavour, ideal for desserts or enjoying neat.
• KARTOFF Oak Vodka: Vodka aged for over 10 years in oak barrels with a complex flavour profile.
• KARTOFF Phantom: Vodka aged in barrels previously used for the renowned Austrian red wine ‘Das Phantom’, with subtle notes of wine and vanilla.
