Ratu Rum is made from local sugar cane that thrives in Fiji’s rich volcanic soil. It is distilled in column stills and aged in charred ex-bourbon oak casks, which lend it depth and complexity.

• Ratu Signature Blend 8 Years: Aromas of orange, dark chocolate and coffee with a velvety mouthfeel of coconut and spiced oak, followed by a lingering citrus finish.
• Ratu 5 Years Old Dark Premium Rum 40% ABV 0.7l: Spicy, smoky oak aromas that give way to sweet notes of caramel, vanilla and tea leaves, with a liquorice-like finish.
