Sipsmith Gin was founded in London in 2009 and is regarded as a pioneer of the new gin wave that brought the traditional craft of gin-making back to the capital. The founders, Sam Galsworthy, Fairfax Hall and Master Distiller Jared Brown, had a clear vision: to create an authentic, handcrafted London Dry Gin that respects the roots and history of gin. Sipsmith Gin is produced in small batches in traditional copper stills. The distillery uses only the finest natural ingredients, including Macedonian juniper, Spanish citrus fruits and Madagascan cinnamon. The gin is distilled using the ‘One Shot’ method, in which all the botanicals are processed together in a single distillation to produce the purest and most intense flavour. Each batch is carefully monitored and bottled by hand to ensure the highest quality. This artisanal approach and attention to detail are reflected in every drop of Sipsmith Gin.
