Best served well chilled on its own or in an elegant cocktail such as a Vodka Martini or a Moscow Mule – this is where its minerality really comes into its own.

• Nose & Palate: Subtle herbal notes, freshly cut grain, delicate spice.
• Texture: Velvety and creamy, very smooth – unusual for such a clear vodka.
• Finish: Dry, slightly peppery and with a subtle mineral aftertaste.

Distilled in small batches: five-fold distillation in copper stills, followed by four-stage filtration through activated carbon and minerals, and then aged for at least 30 to 60 days to develop a harmonious character in the Reserve and Private Cellar editions.

Produced near Lviv, close to the Carpathians, using crystal-clear spring water that flows through layers of quartz-rich rock. The grain comes from Ukraine’s fertile black soil belt – ideal for a natural flavour and texture.
