Our name goes back to Frederick the Great, who was particularly passionate about growing potatoes in Germany and his love for greyhound dogs – as well as the region our ingredients come from: the Volcanic Eifel. This combination of tradition, down-to-earthness, and a refined sense of style still shapes our work today.

We combine traditional distilling artistry with modern precision and focus on transparency, small batches, and carefully selected raw materials. For us, every detail counts – from the origin of the ingredients to their perfection in the glass.

Our distillates are produced in small batches, with time, care, and an instinct for the highest quality. Gentle distillation, finely tuned recipes, and a conscious approach to every step shape spirits that clearly show their character – without compromise.

In addition to gin, our range includes aperitifs, rum, vodka, whisky, as well as non-alcoholic creations and a specially matched tonic water made with pure mineral water from the Eifel region. Our products are characterized by our artisanal craftsmanship and the highest quality standards.
