Ron Cubaney Spiced Spirit Drink, 34 per cent by volume, is produced in the Dominican Republic by Oliver & Oliver and is based on a carefully blended molasses rum that has been matured using the traditional Solera system. The oldest distillate used in the blend has a remarkable ageing period of up to 15 years, giving this spiced spirit drink a distinctive depth and a harmonious structure. Solera ageing lends the distillate a smooth, multi-layered base that blends perfectly with the added natural spices. This aromatic finishing process results in a characterful spiced spirit drink that combines the distinctive hallmark of Caribbean rum traditions with a spicy profile.
