Escorial Green herbal liqueur can be served well chilled on its own, but thanks to its 56 per cent alcohol content, it is particularly well suited as an intense ingredient in cocktails. To make ‘The Other Fairy’, shake 4 cl of Escorial Green, 2 bar spoons of raspberry syrup, 1 bar spoon of orange liqueur and 2 cl of lemon juice vigorously with ice in a shaker. The cocktail is then strained into a cocktail glass and garnished with a twist of lemon. The combination of raspberry, orange and lemon provides a fruity, tangy contrast to the liqueur’s robust herbal profile.
