Tasting Note

In the glass, Mionetto IL UGO has a light, straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the palate, the drink is sparkling and refreshing, with a balanced sweetness carried by the floral notes of elderflower. The carbon dioxide gives IL UGO a pleasant lightness and the finish is fresh and lively, with a subtle citrus flavour.
