The Cotswolds Dry Gin is an outstanding, handcrafted London Dry Gin from the picturesque Cotswolds region in England. Produced in small batches, this gin is characterised by an exceptional intensity of botanicals and a particularly high juniper content. It is distilled in traditional copper stills using only natural ingredients - without filtration, so that a natural cloudiness can form when cold, which is a sign of its high quality.

In addition to juniper, the nine botanicals include lavender from the Cotswolds, fresh lime and grapefruit peel, coriander seeds and angelica root. This blend gives the gin a perfect balance of floral, citrus-fresh and spicy flavours. With an alcohol content of 46% vol., it is more intense than many classic gins and offers a powerful, complex flavour experience.

Colour: Clear (slightly cloudy when mixed with ice or tonic, thanks to the natural oils).

Nose: Fresh citrus notes with dominant juniper and floral accents of lavender.

Flavour: Full-bodied and balanced with a lively juniper spiciness, fresh citrus notes and gentle spice from angelica and coriander seeds.

Finish: Langs, dry and aromatic with a lingering balance of citrus freshness and spice.

The Cotswolds Dry Gin is ideal for a classic gin & tonic with a high-quality Indian tonic water - garnished with a grapefruit zest or a sprig of rosemary to emphasise its fresh flavours. It also unfolds its depth and complexity perfectly in a Negroni or a Martini.

In culinary terms, this gin harmonises particularly well with smoked salmon, goat's cheese or light Mediterranean dishes with notes of lemon and herbs.
