Palate: Smooth and expressive, with nuances of toffee, roasted nuts, nutmeg and the vanilla typical of bourbon. A hint of smokiness lends it additional depth.

Finish: Medium to long, with spicy undertones, sweet notes of vanilla and honey, and a pleasant warmth from the wood.
