Finish: Long-lasting and intensely smoky with peat, maritime spice and dry, lingering smoky notes.

The Finlaggan Eilean Mor Small Batch Release is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at around 18 to 20 °C, although a few drops of still water can further open up the powerful peaty and smoky aromas. As a food pairing, smoked salmon, oysters, smoked meats or strong hard cheeses complement its maritime character very well. Dark chocolate with a high cocoa content also offers an interesting contrast to the smoke, iodine and subtle malty sweetness.
