Based on an ancient Pow-wow recipe, in which rye whisky was combined with herbs and spices, this exceptional whisky is matured in new, charred oak casks and then infused over an extended period with carefully selected botanicals such as saffron and orange peel. Unlike conventionally flavoured spirits, no extracts or artificial colourings are used here – the flavours are derived exclusively from natural ingredients and traditional methods. This combination gives Pow-wow Botanical Rye a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity and floral notes, setting it apart from classic rye whiskies.
