1724 SEVENTEEN Tonic Water 0.2 l online kaufen

Contemporary Alchemy combines science and intuition to discover the finest flavours in the mixer category through modern techniques, infusions and extracts.

This 1724 Tonic Water captivates with its fine effervescence and mildness, accompanied by crisp citrus flavours and a subtle hint of bitterness. Its history begins at exactly 1,724 metres above sea level on the ancient Inca Trail in the Peruvian Andes, where quinine was discovered hundreds of years ago. Even today, under perfect conditions, at exactly this altitude and in precisely this spot, quinine is still harvested by hand according to ancient tradition.

The indigenous Quechua people used the bark of the cinchona tree for its healing properties and balanced its bitterness with sweetened water. This tradition continues to this day. Combined with hand-picked fruits from Spain and the clear water of the Andes, this creates the unique 1724 Tonic Water, whose character is deeply rooted in the culture and tradition of this region.
