The Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC 11% vol. in a 0.75 l bottle is an elegant and finely sparkling Prosecco Brut from Italy, which delights with its fresh fruitiness, harmonious structure and lively effervescence. Produced by the renowned Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Italian Prosecco DOC is made from 100 per cent Glera grapes, which are responsible for the typical floral and fruity character of classic Prosecco wines. The grapes come from the traditional Prosecco regions of the province of Treviso in Veneto, where moraine hills and alluvial soils create ideal conditions for high-quality Prosecco Treviso DOC.


The vineyards are cultivated using simple trellis, double-arch and radial training systems, with around 2,300 vines per hectare. Following gentle whole-bunch pressing, the must is stored under temperature control and then fermented at 15–16 °C to optimally preserve the delicate fruit and floral aromas. The second fermentation takes place under controlled conditions, resulting in the elegant and delicately persistent effervescence of this Brut Prosecco from Italy. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC is fresh, dry and harmoniously balanced. Its lively freshness and delicate structure make this Glera Prosecco a versatile accompaniment to a wide range of occasions.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC appears a pale straw-yellow colour with a fine, lively perlage. On the nose, fresh aromas of white fruits, citrus and delicate floral notes unfold. On the palate, this Prosecco, made from 100% Glera, is dry, fresh and harmonious, with elegant fruit, a delicate structure and an invigorating lightness. The finish is clean, lively and pleasantly long-lasting.
