The grapes come from the traditional Prosecco regions of the province of Treviso in Veneto, where moraine hills and alluvial soils create ideal conditions for high-quality Prosecco Treviso DOC. The vineyards are cultivated using simple trellis, double-arch and radial training systems, with around 2,300 vines per hectare. Following gentle whole-bunch pressing, the must is stored under temperature-controlled conditions and then fermented at 15–16 °C to optimally preserve the delicate fruit and floral aromas. The second fermentation takes place under controlled conditions and ensures the elegant and delicately persistent perlage of this Brut Prosecco from Italy. At 11% ABV, Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC is fresh, dry and harmoniously balanced.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC displays a pale straw-yellow colour with a fine and lively effervescence. On the nose, fresh aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits and delicate floral notes unfold. On the palate, this Prosecco, made from 100% Glera, is dry, fresh and harmonious, with elegant fruit, a delicate structure and an invigorating lightness. The finish is crisp, lively and pleasantly long-lasting.
