Nose: Sweet and full-bodied, characterised by fruit, oak, apples, sweet citrus notes and tropical fruits.

Palate: Smooth, fruity and well-balanced; apple, citrus, tropical fruits, subtle spice and a harmonious oak structure.

Finish: Long-lasting, fruity, smooth and elegant with a sweet, spicy depth.

This single malt pairs superbly with mild cheeses, fruity desserts such as apple tart or lemon cream, and caramelised pastries, as its natural sweetness and fruitiness complement these flavours perfectly.
