Production begins with the careful selection of high-quality agave hearts, which are roasted in traditional brick ovens. This process intensifies their natural flavours before they are slowly cooked, cooled, crushed and pressed. The sweet agave juice obtained in this way is then triple-distilled to achieve exceptional purity and complexity. After distillation, this Reposado tequila is aged for three months in French white Limousin oak casks, giving it its smooth, balanced flavour with subtle woody notes.

Another highlight is the eye-catching bottle design, inspired by Mexican lottery ticket no. 27, El Corazón – a symbol of passion, life and strength. Tasting Note
