The Schlumberger Rosé Brut, in a handy 0.2-litre bottle, is a sparkling classic from the long-established Austrian house of Schlumberger, which has stood for the finest in sparkling wine culture, produced using the Méthode Traditionnelle, since 1842. This small bottle size is ideal for spontaneous enjoyment between meals, as an aperitif or for festive moments whilst out and about.


The cuvée is made from the Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent and Zweigelt grape varieties, which are carefully selected and vinified. Following traditional bottle fermentation, the Rosé Brut matures on the lees, thereby developing its fine perlage, elegant structure and aromatic complexity. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., it is a versatile sparkling wine that is just as suited to special occasions as it is to being a stylish everyday companion.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Schlumberger Rosé Brut displays a radiant coral-pink colour. On the nose, complex aromas of redcurrants, wild strawberries, peonies and subtle toasty notes unfold. On the palate, it is open and elegant, with distinct red berry fruit, harmonious acidity and a delicate structure. The effervescence is both lively and creamy, making it a real delight to drink.

Pairing suggestions and serving recommendations:
This Austrian rosé sparkling wine is excellent as an aperitif or simply for pure enjoyment. Culinary, it pairs perfectly with grilled salmon, Japanese or Asian dishes such as sashimi, and even with sweet elements such as chocolate fondue. Served at a drinking temperature of 8–10 °C, it reveals its full elegance.
