Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin is a characterful American gin, 45 per cent ABV in a 0.7-litre bottle, which combines classic juniper with a fresh, floral botanical profile. The focus is on juniper, coriander, cucumber and rose petals, whose distinct characteristics are carefully combined. A distinctive feature lies in the production process: the alcoholic base is first carefully filtered and purified before the selected botanicals are added. Juniper forms the classic foundation of the gin, whilst coriander contributes a distinctive spiciness. Cucumber provides a pleasantly fresh note, whilst the Grandiflora rose petals used round off the profile with an elegant floral element.


Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin is made with natural ingredients, is gluten-free and contains no artificial flavours, colourings or additives. Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin is ideal for a gin and tonic or a classic Martini. In a Martini, an olive can bring out the spicy notes of coriander and juniper more strongly, whilst a citrus zest emphasises the floral elements. The gin can also be served neat or on the rocks. Culinary pairings include light Mediterranean starters, seafood, cucumber salad or mild goat’s cheese, which complement its fresh and delicately spicy character.
