Von Hallers Gin is a true meisterwerk of craftsmanship, which wonderfully combines the rich history of Albrecht von Haller – one of the most eminent physicists, poets and botanists of the 18th century – with modern distillation techniques. In 1736, Albrecht von Haller founded the famous botanical gardens in Göttingen, whose influence on botany can still be felt today. Von Hallers Gin sources all its botanicals from these historic gardens, with each plant hand-picked and carefully selected to create a harmonious blend of aromas and flavours.

The plants and herbs are sent from Germany to Ireland, where they are distilled into an exceptional gin at the renowned The Shed Distillery. The result is a gin that combines the traditional art of distillation with the pure freshness and complexity of the botanicals. With an alcohol content of 44% vol., this gin offers a powerful yet smooth character that comes into its own perfectly both neat and in cocktails.
