Scapegrace CLASSIC Premium Dry Gin is particularly well-suited to a classic gin and tonic, where its citrus profile really comes into its own. To make this, serve 5 cl of gin with a dry or neutral premium tonic water over plenty of ice and garnish with an orange or lemon zest. The combination of juniper and citrus peel also provides a suitable aromatic base for a Dry Martini, Gin Fizz or Tom Collins.
