This 10-year-old single malt spends the majority of its maturation in bourbon casks before undergoing an exceptional finish in Oloroso sherry casks. This secondary maturation imparts a deep fruitiness, elegant spice and a smooth, complex structure that sets it apart from many classic Irish whiskies.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with coppery highlights.

Finish: Long-lasting, warming and complex, with a blend of sweet sherry notes, oaky spice and a hint of cinnamon.
