Tasting Note

A deep red, sparkling rosé. Aromas of strawberries, along with hints of blackberries and blackcurrants, come to the fore. Very complex on the palate. A subtle sweetness emerges, followed by aromas of cherry blossom. The finish has a velvety texture.

It is very popular as an aperitif or in cocktails.
