The name “Stichpimpuli Bockforclorum” is made up of the initial letters of the herbs and root extracts from which it is composed. STICHos, PIMPernuß, PULque, LIEBstöckel, BOCKsdorn, FORle, cereals, lotus and rum. Not only is the name extraordinary, but the flavour is also impressive. This herbal liqueur is produced at the monastery distillery at Walkenried Abbey.

The result is an intense, full-bodied liqueur that is equally delightful served neat or in creative mixed drinks. The sweet-tart cherry flavours lend the herbal profile a pleasant mildness and make it more approachable than conventional herbal liqueurs.
