Description
Ruinart Champagne Brut 12.5% ABV, 0.375 l, embodies the elegance and savoir-faire of the world’s oldest champagne house. The historic Ruinart house, founded in 1729, has been synonymous for centuries with exceptional quality, sophistication and the unmistakable pleasure of champagne. This exclusive 0.375 l half-bottle is ideal for special moments for two, as a stylish aperitif or as a high-quality gift. Ruinart Brut is regarded as the house’s flagship champagne and combines the characteristic freshness, finesse and balance for which Ruinart is internationally renowned.
Even in the glass, this Brut champagne delights with its fine, persistent effervescence and golden glints. The carefully blended cuvée combines fruitiness, floral elegance and spicy nuances to create a harmonious whole. Notes of white-fleshed fruits, apricots, hazelnuts and fresh almonds lend the champagne depth and complexity. The range of aromas is complemented by subtle hints of brioche and sponge cake, which lend it additional richness. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., this premium French Champagne is full-bodied, well-balanced and exceptionally elegant.
Tasting Note
In the glass, it displays a brilliant golden-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruits, apricots, fresh almonds, hazelnuts and floral notes unfold. On the palate, the champagne is full-bodied and harmonious, with subtle spice, elegant fruit and hints of brioche and sponge cake. The finish is long-lasting, balanced and elegant.
Residual sugar: 9 g/l
Ruinart Champagne Brut is ideal as an aperitif and adds a touch of style to festive occasions. This premium champagne pairs particularly well with oysters, scallops, delicate fish dishes, sushi, seafood or light starters. It also showcases its elegant aromas to great effect when paired with classically prepared sole. The combination of fine bubbles, fruity freshness and the centuries-old tradition of the House of Ruinart makes this champagne one of France’s most renowned sparkling wines.
