The traditional Distilleria Andrea Da Ponte, founded in Conegliano in 1892, uses the patented "Metodo Da Ponte" distillation process for this exceptional bottling, which ensures particularly pure and aromatic results.

After discontinuous distillation in small copper stills, this grappa matures for a full 10 years in French oak barrels, developing a harmonious balance between floral fruit, vanilla, fine spice and gentle woody notes. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, this grappa is elegant, round and complex - a true masterpiece of Italian distilling art.

Tasting Note

Colour: Bright gold with an amber sheen.

Nose: Delicate floral notes, vanilla, ripe pears, honey, almonds and a hint of toasted wood.

Finish: Langs, harmonious and warm with notes of dried fruit and subtle wood.

Grappa Unica 10 Anni is an excellent accompaniment to mature hard cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino, as well as sweet desserts with almonds, marzipan or caramel.
