Fischer-Geist Liqueur is an exceptional herbal liqueur from Germany with an alcohol content of 56% vol. and a volume of 0.5 litres. This "burning herbal liqueur" comes from the land between the seas and impresses with its distinctive blend of hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which give it its deep, intense flavour. Fischer-Geist is produced in a complex distillation process and is known for its strong flavour, which moves harmoniously between sweet and spicy notes.

It is customary to serve Fischer-Geist in a ceramic jug. The liqueur is lit and left to burn for around 1 minute, intensifying the flavours and creating a fascinating interplay of flames. The flame is then extinguished with a special copper pan. This ceremonial custom emphasises the tradition and the special experience of this liqueur. "Pitcher after pitcher well filled, enveloped by the play of flames, let us now raise our cups, long shall the fisherman's spirit live!"
