Fords Gin London Dry Gin is a versatile premium gin, specially developed to meet the needs of professional bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts. Created in collaboration with the renowned spirits expert Simon Ford and produced at the historic Thames Distillers in London, this gin embodies classic London Dry quality with balanced complexity. With an alcohol content of 45 % ABV, it offers sufficient strength for mixed drinks whilst remaining smooth and finely balanced.

The recipe is based on a combination of nine carefully selected botanicals, including juniper, grapefruit peel, bitter orange peel, lemon peel, angelica root, coriander seeds, jasmine, cassia bark and orris root. These are macerated and distilled in a two-stage process, resulting in an aromatic, dry yet multi-layered flavour profile. The result is a perfectly balanced gin that is equally suited to classic cocktails such as the Martini, Gimlet or Negroni, as well as to modern interpretations.

The stylish 0.7-litre bottle, complete with a measuring scale, is not only a visual highlight in any bar but also thoughtfully designed for practical use – a genuine tool for the bar and for the ambitious home mixologist.
