Description
The STIN Styrian Dry Gin, with an alcohol content of 47% vol. in a 0.5-litre bottle, is an exceptional small batch gin from Styria that impresses with its handcrafted production and regional ingredients. Produced in small batches, this premium gin reflects the rich nature and terroir of the southern Styrian Alps. STIN stands for "Styrian Gin" and combines Alpine freshness with a fine fruitiness that makes it unique.
Only high-quality botanicals are used for distillation, including juniper, Styrian apples, lemon zest, coriander, Ingwerer and lavender. The base is formed by the purest Styrian spring water, which gives the gin an unrivalled softness and purity. Its double distillation in a traditional copper pot still ensures a perfect balance between juniper, freshness and spicy nuances.
A handcrafted Styrian premium gin that combines Alpine herbs, fruity freshness and spicy elegance in an incomparable flavour experience - ideal for gin lovers looking for something special!

Tasting Note
Colour: Crystal clear and pure, typical of a high-quality dry gin.
Nose: Intense and multi-layered with clear juniper notes, accompanied by fresh citrus flavours and a fine apple nuance.
Flavour: Complex and harmonious with an elegant balance of spicy juniper, fruity apple and citrus notes and a gentle spiciness of Ingwerer and coriander.
Finish: Langs and warm with floral hints of lavender, a fine herbal spiciness and a pleasant freshness.
The STIN Styrian Dry Gin is perfect for classic gin & tonics, ideal with a dry or Mediterranean tonic water and an apple slice or lemon zest as a garnish. It also unfolds its complex flavours perfectly in a Negroni, Gin Fizzers or Martini. If you want to enjoy it on its own, it should be served slightly chilled to emphasise the fine Styrian notes.
