Fassbind Les Vieilles Barriques Vieille Prune is an exquisite plum brandy produced at the renowned Fassbind distillery in Switzerland. For this fine spirit, ripe Swiss plums are carefully distilled and then matured in oak casks, giving the brandy its exceptional depth and complexity.

At 40% ABV, this Vieille Prune is elegant, smooth and harmonious, with a perfect balance between fruity sweetness, subtle woody notes and a pleasant spiciness. Maturation in old barriques creates a particularly rounded and full-bodied flavour, making this fine brandy a true delight.
