Olmeca Altos Tequila Reposado 100% Agave 38% vol. 0.7 l is an authentic Reposado tequila from Jalisco, produced at the Destileria Colonial de Jalisco in the heart of Mexico. This 100% agave tequila is made from the Blue Weber agave and distilled using the traditional pot still method, resulting in a precise and characterful profile. The agave distillate is then aged for between 6 and 8 months in 200-litre oak casks that previously held bourbon. This Reposado ageing in ex-bourbon casks lends the Olmeca Altos Reposado additional depth, soft woody notes and harmonious vanilla aromas. Bottled at 38% ABV, this Mexican Reposado tequila is well-balanced, structured and versatile.
