Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Sweet and well-balanced with vanilla, caramel and toasted oak, accompanied by dry spices, nuts and a subtle smoky note.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with banana, toasted nuts, toffee and a creamy vanilla-caramel note.

Finish: Pleasantly long-lasting and sweet, with notes of grain, toasted oak and subtle spice.

Jack Daniel's MASTER DISTILLER Series No. 5 is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at around 18 to 20 °C or over a large ice cube. It pairs well with BBQ ribs, grilled beef, mature Cheddar or roasted nuts, which complement the caramel, oak and spice notes beautifully. For desserts, pecan cake, banana desserts, dark chocolate or crème brûlée harmonise well with the whisky’s sweeter notes.
