Abellio, a special apple brandy, is produced according to the strict criteria of the abacus method. Only 23 distilleries worldwide hold the licence to produce this exclusive drink.

The Styrian Apple Road region, which is located in picturesque Styria in Austria and is the home of Abellio, enjoys a reputation for its high-quality apples. Every year, 15 apple men select the best apple variety to guarantee the unmistakable flavour of Abellio. The distilling process is top secret and is carried out exclusively by these experts. After a year of Langs, the Abellio undergoes intensive quality control before it is released for sale.

The limited edition of just 1,444 bottles per year gives Abellio an exclusive character and makes it a coveted treat.
