Lepanto O.V. Solera Gran Reserva is a fine Spanish brandy from the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, distinguished by its exclusive ageing in selected Oloroso sherry casks. This premium Solera Gran Reserva is produced by the renowned Bodega González Byass, one of Spain’s most traditional sherry houses. Lepanto Brandy is the only brandy brand in Jerez that produces its distillates entirely from the Palomino Fino grape and directly on site – a truly unique selling point.

The brandy is distilled using the pot still method in copper stills and then aged for many years using the elaborate Solera system. Ageing in former Oloroso casks lends it exceptional depth, warm nutty notes and a slightly dry character. The alcohol content of 36 % Vol. ensures a velvety texture and a pleasantly smooth finish. The elegant presentation in a classic gift box underlines the premium quality of this Gran Reserva.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark mahogany with a reddish-golden sheen.

Nose: Complex, with notes of toasted almonds, dried fruit, raisins, oak, toffee and spicy sherry.

Palate: Full-bodied, dry and elegant with flavours of nuts, caramel, aged wood, delicate spices and a hint of orange peel.

Finish: Long-lasting, harmonious and spicy with a subtle sherry sweetness and a refined woody structure.
