The whisky’s name, ‘The Quiet Man’ or ‘An Fear Ciuin’ in Irish, pays homage to John Mulgrew, a barman who heard and witnessed many stories but never passed them on. This philosophy of the ‘silent observer’ is reflected in the character of the whisky, which possesses both depth and harmony.

This 12-year-old whisky boasts a balanced profile of sweet and spicy flavours, further refined by the sherry cask finish. With an alcohol content of 46% vol., it is a worthy representative of the Irish whisky tradition and is ideal both for drinking neat and for creating sophisticated cocktails.
