Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber hues.

Nose: Aromas of ripe apples, dark chocolate, honey and toasted nuts, accompanied by a hint of oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and complex with notes of dried fruit, vanilla cream, cinnamon and subtle caramel undertones, complemented by a hint of smokiness.

Finish: Long and elegant with a harmonious blend of sweet, spicy and slightly smoky notes.

This fine single malt is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to reveal its full potential. It pairs superbly with dark chocolate, roasted almonds or a selection of fine cheeses. For an exceptional tasting experience, it can also be paired with smoked meat or grilled salmon. Those wishing to enjoy it in a cocktail can use it in a classic Rob Roy or Old Fashioned to bring out its rich flavours.
