Ron Zacapa Centenario Ámbar 12 Sistema Solera Reserva is an elegant premium rum from Guatemala, matured using the intricate Sistema Solera process. Only what is known as ‘Virgin Sugar Cane Honey’ is used in its production – a particularly pure sugar cane juice that forms the basis for its delicate aroma. The rum is aged for up to 12 years in various types of casks, including ex-bourbon casks, former sherry casks and wine casks, which lend it its aromatic complexity. Ageing takes place in the Guatemalan highlands, where the unique climate ensures slow maturation. The Ámbar 12 is lighter and fruitier than other Zacapa expressions and was developed for connoisseurs seeking an elegant, versatile rum.

Tasting Note
