Tasting Note

Colour: Deep mahogany with golden highlights.

Nose: Intense and complex, with notes of candied fruit, honey, dried apricots and a hint of vanilla. Subtle woody and spicy notes underline its refined maturity.

Palate: Full-bodied, smooth and harmonious, with a perfect balance of fruity sweetness, spicy oak, chocolate and delicate nutty notes.

Finish: Very long and elegant with warm, spicy undertones and lingering fruitiness.

Gautier Cognac XO is a fine companion for special occasions. It should be enjoyed neat at room temperature to allow its complex array of flavours to unfold fully. Alternatively, it can be served slightly warmed or with a few drops of water to bring out its gentle notes even more. It pairs superbly with dark chocolate, fine cheese or a selection of fine cigars.
