Sausage Tree Pure Irish Vodka is a unique creation developed by the makers of Dumshanbo Gunpowder Gin. This multi-distilled spirit, made from Irish grain, is refined with the fruit of the Sausage Tree – also known as Kigelia africana – and is further enhanced with an interesting note of Irish nettles. The Sausage Tree bears fruit that visually resembles liver sausages. This fruit is native to West Africa and belongs to the Bignoniaceae family. The combination of these exotic and traditional ingredients gives Sausage Tree Vodka a completely unique character that is both fresh and aromatic.

At 43% ABV, Sausage Tree Pure Irish Vodka has a pleasant, robust strength that is perfectly balanced.
