Carlos I Solera Gran Reserva Pedro Ximénez Brandy de Jerez is an exclusive variant of the renowned Brandy Carlos I. It is produced using the traditional Solera method in the Jerez de la Frontera region and matures in former Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This special cask ageing gives it an exceptional sweetness and aromatic depth that sets it apart from other brandies.

At 40.3% vol., it has a perfect balance between strength and elegance. Its multi-layered flavours unfold particularly gently on the palate and leave a lasting impression. The elegant gift box (GB) also makes it an excellent choice for connoisseurs and an exquisite gift for special occasions.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep, warm mahogany with amber reflections.

Nose: Intense and aromatic with notes of sultanas, figs, dark chocolate and oak.

Flavour: Full-bodied and smooth with sweet accents of caramel, honey, dried fruit and fine spice.

Finish: Langs, velvety and complex with a harmonious combination of sweetness and elegant wood structure.

This brandy is ideal as a digestif and unfolds its full flavour neat or on ice. It harmonises perfectly with dark chocolate, caramelised nuts or mature cheese.
