Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with notes of sweet honey, caramel and dark berries. A spicy oak note lends depth, whilst hints of toffee, cinnamon and nutmeg round off the flavour profile.

Finish: Medium-long to long, with lingering sherry notes, nutty undertones and a subtle spiciness that fades slowly.
