Tasting Note

Colour: Deep golden amber.

Nose: Smoky and maritime with notes of sea salt, pepper, dried fruit and a hint of honey.

Palate: Full-bodied and spicy with intense flavours of peated smoke, dark chocolate, toffee, black pepper and a subtle sweetness from the cask maturation.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm and slightly salty with lingering notes of smoke, spices and toasted oak.
