Tasting Note

Colour: Golden amber.

Nose: Light and floral with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, vanilla and a hint of beeswax.

Taste: Complex and oily with flavours of honey, malt, sea salt and creamy caramel, complemented by spicy oak notes.

Finish: Long-lasting, dry and slightly peppery with a subtle smokiness and a pleasant saltiness.

The Clynelish Reserve is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to further open up its fine flavours. Thanks to its maritime and slightly spicy profile, it is an excellent accompaniment to smoked salmon, seafood or mild soft cheeses.
