This bottling is the Rozelieures distillery’s first unpeated single malt and introduces a new, particularly refined style to the range. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks, cognac casks and new oak casks. The combination of these cask types lends the whisky depth and complexity, whilst the absence of peat smoke brings its fruity and floral character to the fore. At the same time, the expression retains the creamy and full-bodied mouthfeel typical of this family-run distillery, which is one of Rozelieures’ hallmarks.
